The Role

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Bengaluru office full-time. You'll own design end-to-end from understanding user problems to shipping polished experiences working directly with the founding team at the intersection of AI and learning.

Salary: 6,00,000 per annum

What You'll Do

• Shape the end-to-end user experience across our platform from research and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and handoff
• Deeply understand our users and advocate for their needs in every product decision
• Use AI-powered design tools to move fast without compromising quality
• Get hands-on with front-end code when needed to fine-tune interactions and experiences
• Collaborate closely with the founders to define not just how things look, but why they exist
• Contribute to content and messaging across the product when the moment calls for it

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio that shows strong design thinking not just visual execution
• A genuine user advocate you dig into user problems before jumping to solutions
• Fluent with AI tools for design workflows (e.g., Figma AI, Galileo, Midjourney, or similar)
• Comfortable reading and tweaking front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) to get experiences just right
• Someone who cares equally about the "why" and the "how" you think in systems, not just screens
• Strong ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity

Bonus Points

• Prior startup experience you know what it's like to wear multiple hats
• Content writing chops you can craft clear, compelling product copy
• Experience with content or digital marketing
• A side project, case study, or redesign you're proud of and can walk us through
