Live Linen is a contemporary home decor brand focused on natural materials, timeless design, and understated luxury. Our collections include linen textiles, candles, ceramic dcor, and stoneware tableware designed with a minimalist, European-inspired aesthetic.

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time on-site Product Designer to lead the creative development of candles, ceramic dcor, and stoneware products. This role requires a strong design sensibility combined with practical product thinking translating the Live Linen aesthetic into refined, functional objects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new product concepts across candles, ceramic dcor, and stoneware collections
• Create sketches, mood boards, and 3D concepts aligned with the Live Linen design direction
• Work closely on-site with internal teams, manufacturers, and artisans to refine forms, finishes, and details
• Develop cohesive collections with consistent material, color, and silhouette language
• Research global design trends while maintaining a timeless and minimal brand aesthetic
• Prepare technical briefs, measurements, and product specifications for sampling and production
• Oversee prototype development and provide feedback on materials, glazing, textures, and functionality
• Collaborate with textile and creative teams to ensure a unified brand story across categories

Required Skills & Experience

• Background in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline
• Experience designing home decor, tableware, ceramics, or lifestyle products preferred
• Strong understanding of form, materiality, and minimal design aesthetics
• Ability to balance creativity with production feasibility
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar
• Strong visual sensibility aligned with contemporary European-inspired design

Preferred Qualities

• Sensitivity toward natural materials and neutral color palettes
• Experience working with stoneware or ceramic manufacturing processes
• Interest in building long-term, cohesive product collections rather than trend-based design

Location

• On-site position only candidates must be available to work from the Live Linen studio/location and collaborate closely with the internal team and production partners.
