Product Designer

The Role

We are looking for a creative and analytical Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, owning the entire design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design hand-off. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to build intuitive, accessible, and visually stunning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: Lead design initiatives from concept to execution, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity mockups.
• User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover user pain points.
• Design Systems: Maintain and evolve our internal Design System to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product Managers to define requirements and with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation (QA/Design Review).
• Data-Driven Iteration: Use analytics and user feedback to iterate on existing features and improve the overall user experience (UX).
