Our designers work end-to-end, shaping problems, designing solutions, and taking them all the way to launch.

What youll doDesign end-to-end product experiences from problem framing to final UI

Translate user needs and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and interfaces

Collaborate closely with consultants, product teams, and engineers

Participate in user research, usability testing, and design reviews

Create thoughtful, scalable designs that balance usability, aesthetics, and feasibility

Clearly articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback

What were looking for2+ years of experience as a UX / Product Designer

A strong portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, problem-solving, and execution (mandatory)

Solid understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and usability principles

Experience with information architecture, user flows, and journey mapping

Strong skills in interaction design, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI design

Hands-on experience with usability testing, design iteration, and feedback incorporation

Proficiency with Figma for design, prototyping, and developer handoff

Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma prototypes, FigJam, or equivalent

Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams using tools like Slack, Miro, or Notion

Experience designing web and/or mobile products

Ability to work through ambiguity and translate complex problems into structured design solutions

Nice to haveExposure to design systems or scalable UI frameworks

Understanding of front-end constraints and developer handoff

Experience with enterprise, B2B, or complex workflows
