Product Designer

Were building an AI platform that helps performance marketing teams move faster on creative strategy, competitor intelligence, and creative production for Meta / Google / TikTok.

• Own end-to-end product design : problem framing flows UI prototypes shipped product
• Turn messy inputs (data, insights, AI outputs) into clear, executive-ready UX
• Design core workflows: competitor analysis opportunity picks concepts/storyboards asset iteration
• Build and evolve a simple design system (fast, consistent, scalable)
• Work directly with founders + engineers; ship in tight weekly cycles
• Talk to users (CMOs, Heads of Growth, media buyers, agency leads) and translate feedback into action
  

• High-agency : sees a problem, drives to outcome, no hand-holding
• Moves fast in chaos : comfortable with ambiguity, prioritizes well, ships anyway
• Strong product thinking: clarity > decoration , ruthless about simplicity
• Excellent interaction + systems design (tables, dashboards, workflows, complex info)
• Strong craft in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Can partner with engineering on constraints and details (responsive, edge cases)
  

• Experience designing AI products (copilots, assistant UIs, evaluation/feedback loops)
• Familiarity with adtech / performance marketing / creative ops
• Ability to write crisp UX copy that sounds like a real operator, not corporate fluff
