Product Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• NPI import of stage product assembly, fixtures, and equipment validation
• According to the assembly process , assist the IE team to complete the layout of the assembly line;
• WI writing, formulation, and modification, as well as training workers on lines;
• Failure analysis of assembly line, communicate with customers and propose solutions to problems that arise during assembly MIL collecting and reviewing;
• Product design evaluation, tolerance analysis DOEDFM Report production (in English);
• Team management, communication with clients and vendors, cross departmental communication and collaboration, and completion of project requirements and progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in mechanical related majors
• More than 5 years AR/VR/MR Experience in developing eyeglass products
• Possessing structural design for consumer electronics products or development and management experience related to product projects
• Experience in product assembly process design and system failure analysis
• Possess English reading and writing abilities, with excellent listening and speaking skills preferred. English proficiency test is required Toeic 700 the above
• Proficient in using UG and other 3D CAD
• Positive attitude, sense of responsibility, strong ability to withstand pressure, and the ability to independently analyze and solve problems
• Strong logical thinking and cross departmental communication skills, with experience in independently leading teams
