• SAP TM (Transportation Management)

Certifications

• PMP / Scrum Certification

Operational & Business Enablers

• Budget, financials, invoicing, contracts
• Recruitment, onboarding, IT infrastructure & security
• Key account management and vendor coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP technology projects
• Manage scope, risk, cost, quality, and timelines
• Drive profitability, service quality, and delivery excellence
• Act as SAP SME and ensure high team performance
• Develop strategies to improve service delivery efficiency
• Lead cross-functional and multi-team engagements
• Identify and mitigate project and budget risks
• Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous improvement
• Foster innovation, intrapreneurship, and people-centric culture
• Forecast, plan, and monitor project budgets
• Mentor and develop team members for continuous growth
