Product Definition Analyst 3

Summary of the Role

You’ll contribute to quality assurance and functional design across the software lifecycle, supporting requirement analysis, validation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in alignment with Agile practices.

In This Role You’ll

• Assess and document requirements by analyzing business needs, estimating effort, and maintaining functional knowledge of services and products.

• Design functional solutions and create accessible documentation including specifications, user stories, and diagrams for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure implementations.

• Support validation activities by reviewing test strategies, ensuring traceability, and investigating reported issues.

• Engage with stakeholders and customers throughout the product lifecycle, contributing to Agile ceremonies and team collaboration.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrates expertise in functional analysis and a good understanding of Shopping & Pricing within the Amadeus business.
• Works independently with moderate guidance and contributes to decision-making through thoughtful analysis.
• Experienced in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Committed to continuous improvement and maintaining system integrity.
