Job Description
Title: Executive Product Data Management
Location: Pune
Experience: 1-5 Years
Role Overview
- Manage, enrich, and syndicate product data across internal systems and external digital channels
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of product information to support e-commerce and sales
- Support Kitchen & Bath product launches and updates while meeting tight deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain product data (specifications, attributes, content, digital assets) in PIM systems
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and retailer requirements
- Execute product data syndication to e-commerce platforms and retail partners
- Monitor and resolve data feed and syndication issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and improve data processes
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product data management, e-commerce operations, or data syndication
- Hands-on experience with PIM tools (Akeneo, Salsify, Stibo, inRiver)
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge of product data feeds (APIs, XML/CSV, GDSN)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
