Job Description

Change Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the process of implementing changes to product designs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and associated documentation within the organization. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring that changes are properly evaluated, approved, and executed while minimizing disruptions to production and maintaining product quality.

Roles and responsibilities include

  • Coordinates ECO for product release of sales and production BOMs
  • Evaluate proposed changes for technical feasibility, impact on design, manufacturing, cost, and schedule. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information.
  • Engineering Change Order (ECO) Analyzation & Coordination of new BOM structure - set up System Data and Document Maintenance
  • Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure seamless implementation of approved changes, updating BOMs and associated documentation.
  • Data and Document Integrity between Agile & SAP


 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent relevant experience with 2-3yeras of experience in related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications.

  • Previous experience in roles involving engineering change management
  • Good understanding of product manufacturing processes, BOM structures,
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools, including PLM and ERP systems. Agile & SAP ECC experience, at least 2 years. High knowledge in Agile & SAP and a basic understanding of the boundary business processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with change management methodologies and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
