Product Control Specialist

About the Role Product Control (Manager / Senior Analyst)

We are looking for a Product Control professional to join our Finance team in Bengaluru. This role sits at the heart of Front Office support, ensuring accurate P&L reporting, robust valuation controls, and effective risk and governance oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely and accurate daily and periodic P&L reporting with clear attribution and commentary
• Perform Independent Price Verification (IPV), valuations, and assess valuation uncertainty in line with regulatory standards
• Review and manage reserves, provisions, and valuation adjustments for existing and new products
• Ensure balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and control reviews
• Provide high-quality management information to senior stakeholders, auditors, and regulators
• Support new product approvals, complex transactions, and system/process enhancement projects
• Collaborate closely with global Front Office, Risk, and Finance teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
