Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant (T) with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SQL Facets and Facets - Claims. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for product improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration.
  • Utilize SQL to manage and manipulate large datasets for reporting and analysis.
  • Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Facets and Facets
  • Claims systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Facets-related issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements.
  • Create detailed documentation for product features and system configurations.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on product functionalities and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in product testing and quality assurance processes.

  • Possess strong technical skills in SQL enabling efficient data management and analysis.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Facets and Facets
  • Claims systems for effective product support.
  • Have experience in the Payer domain providing valuable industry insights.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges.
  • Show proficiency in creating detailed product documentation.
  • Display strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
