Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant (T) with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Temenos Payments Hub and a background in Investment Banking Operations. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive our companys success and positively impact society.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and customization of Temenos Payments Hub solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for Temenos Payments Hub to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for payment solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including functional specifications and user guides.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption of Temenos Payments Hub.
  • Perform system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment technologies to provide innovative solutions.
  • Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and preparing proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all project activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of Temenos Payments Hub and its functionalities.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Have a background in Investment Banking Operations which is a plus.
  • Show proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry developments.
  • Hold a relevant certification in Temenos Payments Hub or related technologies.
