Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Consultant with a strong background in FLEXCUBE interfaces receivables general ledger and core functionalities. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 14 years of experience and will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and optimization of FLEXCUBE solutions. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
Provide expert consultation on FLEXCUBE interfaces receivables general ledger and core functionalities.Oversee the implementation and optimization of FLEXCUBE solutions to meet client requirements.Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into FLEXCUBE configurations.Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of FLEXCUBE-related issues to ensure smooth operations.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for FLEXCUBE implementations and configurations.Lead training sessions for clients and internal teams on FLEXCUBE functionalities and best practices.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all FLEXCUBE implementations.Monitor and evaluate the performance of FLEXCUBE systems to identify areas for improvement.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for FLEXCUBE solutions to ensure optimal performance.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality FLEXCUBE solutions on time and within budget.Stay updated with the latest developments in FLEXCUBE and related technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase FLEXCUBE capabilities and benefits.Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term success with FLEXCUBE solutions.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in FLEXCUBE interfaces receivables general ledger and core functionalities.Should have a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 14 years of relevant experience.Nice to have experience in FLEXCUBE-Retail Banking domain.Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must be able to work in rotational shifts and from the office.Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.Must be proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Should have a strong understanding of banking and financial services industry.Must be committed to delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.Should have the ability to lead training sessions and provide clear guidance to clients and team members.Must be able to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.Should have a continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
