Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Windchill and a background in the Medical Devices domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a strong technical acumen and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and customization of Windchill solutions to meet client requirements.Oversee the integration of Windchill with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on best practices for utilizing Windchill.Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance their product lifecycle management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.Develop and deliver training sessions to clients and internal teams on Windchill functionalities.Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues providing timely resolutions to ensure system reliability.Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations customizations and user guides.Stay updated with the latest Windchill features and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.Support pre-sales activities by providing technical insights and solution demonstrations to potential clients.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Medical Devices domain.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client experience.Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with Windchill including implementation customization and integration.Should have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles and best practices.Nice to have experience in the Medical Devices domain understanding regulatory requirements and industry standards.Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.Must be able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid work model.
