Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in Windchill. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and preferably experience in the Medical Devices domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel.


Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation on Windchill implementation and optimization to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Windchill to meet specific client requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of Windchill solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions and documentation for end-users to maximize the utilization of Windchill.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal system efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest Windchill features and enhancements providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development of project plans timelines and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during client presentations and proposal development.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all Windchill-related activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their business operations.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and deliverables.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background with extensive experience in Windchill.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Show proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Preferably have experience in the Medical Devices domain understanding industry-specific requirements and regulations.

    • Certifications Required

    Windchill Certification PMP Certification (preferred)
