Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Consultant with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management and a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of asset management systems and the ability to provide strategic guidance to our clients. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and customization of IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions for clients.Oversee the integration of Maximo with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless operations.Provide expert advice on best practices for asset management and maintenance processes.Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.Develop and deliver training programs to clients on the effective use of Maximo.Monitor and evaluate the performance of Maximo implementations to ensure optimal functionality.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo in a timely manner.Stay updated with the latest developments in Maximo and asset management technologies.Prepare detailed documentation and reports on project progress and outcomes.Support clients in the adoption of new features and enhancements in Maximo.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of asset management processes.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Maximo implementations.
Qualifications
Possess a deep technical expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management with a proven track record of successful implementations.Have a strong understanding of asset management principles and practices.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Show proficiency in developing and delivering training programs.Have experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Display a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Possess a background in Industrial Manufacturing which is highly desirable.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Show a strong focus on client satisfaction and project success.Exhibit excellent documentation and reporting skills.Have a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in all projects.
