Job Summary
Extensive hands-on experience with Connex switch transaction processing & their associated components.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills across ATM POS and payment schemes.
Good knowledge on Authorization Processing (AP) component AP maintenance & AP online transaction processing.
Understanding of debugging Connex modules and troubleshoot the issues in transaction processing.
Expertise in TAL COBOL S-COBOL and TACL programming languages.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of support engineers focused on Connex applications running on HPE NonStop/Tandem systems.
Responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
Act as the first point of escalation for complex or high-priority customer issues.
Coordinate with infrastructure application and network teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
Drive root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents.
Maintain and update operational documentation runbooks and support procedures.
Strong analytical problem-solving team collaboration and decision-making skills.
