Role: Product Operations Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard vendors for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging.
- Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, MOQs, lead times, tooling).
- Manage sampling, prototyping, fitment checks, and production readiness.
- Drive cost optimization through benchmarking and structured analysis.
- Ensure packaging quality, compliance, and testing standards are met.
- Track timelines, manage POs, and ensure on-time launch execution.
- Build and maintain a strong, reliable vendor ecosystem with backups.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Background preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in Ops related role
- A passion for delighting consumers, building brands, creating beautiful products and working with people.
- Creative and analytical bent of mind
- Start up enthusiast
