About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Analyst who enjoys digging into data, spotting trends, and turning insights into meaningful product improvements. If you love understanding user behaviour and can translate data into clear, actionable recommendations, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Design to understand business goals

• Analyse product performance, user journeys, and feature adoption

• Build dashboards and regular reports to track key metrics

• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities using data

• Support A/B testing by setting up experiments and interpreting results

• Provide actionable insights to help shape the product roadmap

• Maintain data accuracy and ensure clean, reliable reporting

• Stay updated on industry trends and share learnings with the team

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role

• Tier-1 college background

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data tools

• Ability to tell a story with data and present insights clearly

• Good understanding of product metrics and user behaviour

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams

• Curious mindset, strong problem-solving attitude, and attention to detail
