About your new Role:

Analyze KickCash user behavior across the entire lifecycle and Identify trends and patterns in user engagement, retention and monetization

Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from large-scale datasets

Use Python for data analysis, automation, and basic statistical modeling.

Translate data insights into clear recommendations for product improvements.

Support A/B testing and experiments to evaluate product features and changes.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track product performance.

Requirements:

B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering college.

6 months 2 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying large datasets.

Good knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).

Basic knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation.

Experience with data visualization or dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate data insights clearly to product and business teams.
