Product Analyst

Role Overview

Were looking for a sharp, curious, and data-driven Product Analyst to join our growing product team. Youll work closely with the Product Manager and the Tech team to track user behavior, measure feature performance, and turn data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to deeply understand how products are built, measured, and improved.

What Youll Do

• Work closely with the Product Manager to define success metrics for new and existing features
• Collaborate with the Tech team to define, implement, and validate event tracking across the product
• Own event schemas and ensure accurate tracking using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog
• Perform funnel analysis to identify drop-offs, conversion gaps, and growth opportunities
• Analyze user behavior across key journeys such as onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention
• Build dashboards and reports to track product health, feature adoption, and cohort performance
• Translate data insights into clear recommendations for product improvements
• Support A/B experiments and feature launches with pre and post-launch analysis
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytics tools

Requirements

• 02 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Analytics role
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog
• Strong understanding of event tracking, event naming conventions, and instrumentation best practices
• Experience with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and behavioral analytics
• Basic proficiency in SQL is a strong plus
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into product insights
• Comfortable working closely with Product Managers and Engineers
• High ownership, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset

Good to Have

• Prior experience working on a B2C product
• Familiarity with retention, activation, and engagement metrics
• Aspiration to grow into a Product Management role, with willingness to collaborate on PRDs, specs, and feature requirements
