Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TW-Basic Config and Trackwise On-prem. Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains is a plus. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak) and operates during the day shift. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data to support product development and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define product requirements.
  • Utilize TW-Basic Config and Trackwise On-prem to configure and manage product workflows.
  • Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to stakeholders based on data analysis.
  • Ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of product documentation.
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective product usage.
  • Support the resolution of product-related issues and queries.
  • Participate in product testing and validation processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management processes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance product offerings.

  • Must have experience with TW-Basic Config and Trackwise On-prem.
  • Should have a background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.
  • Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak).
  • Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing product issues.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • Must be able to create and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
  • Should have experience in conducting user training sessions.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
