At Oye Happy, we supply gifts, party supplies, festive and seasonal products to some of India's biggest quick commerce platforms Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, Big Basket Now, Amazon Now and we're growing fast. As we expand our product portfolio, we need someone who can find the right vendors, build the right relationships, and make sure the right products land on the right shelves at the right price.

What you'll be doing

You'll own the sourcing function end to end hunting for unique, high-quality products across categories, onboarding vendors from local markets, pan-India suppliers, and international sources including China, and negotiating deals that work for everyone. You'll also coordinate directly with our quick commerce platform partners to understand their product requirements and ensure flawless execution on our end.

This isn't a role where you wait for a brief and execute. We want someone who's proactively out there discovering products, spotting trends, and bringing back ideas before anyone else asks for them.

You'll report directly to the Co-founders which means your decisions carry real weight and your wins are visible from day one.

What we're looking for

Someone with 2+ years in sourcing, vendor management, procurement, or supply chain who's equally comfortable cold-calling a manufacturer in Surat and sitting across the table from a category manager at a major platform. You should be sharp on research, confident in negotiation, and obsessive about follow-through.

If you've got a nose for finding products that feel fresh and a track record of building vendor relationships that actually last, you'll love this role.

Who you'll be working with

Our team is almost entirely in their 20s and 30s fast-moving, transparent, and genuinely excited about what we're building. Our founder is technically about to turn 40, which the team has decided qualifies him as a senior citizen, but he's still very much in the mix. No politics, no bureaucracy just clear priorities and honest conversations.
