Profile -

Procurement Support AC BOP (Solar, Wind & BESS)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 02 Years

Reporting to: Procurement Manager

CTC - 20-30 % hike on current ctc

Role Purpose

Support procurement activities related to AC Balance of Plant (BOP) items across renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing AC electrical components.
• Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to review specifications.
• Prepare procurement documentation and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Support technocommercial bid analysis.
• Maintain records and vendor communications.
• Prepare MIS reports and tracking sheets in Excel.
• Conduct market research on suppliers and pricing.
• Benchmark suppliers and compare costs.
• Track material delivery status and provide escalation support.

Required Competencies

• Basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Strong data handling and documentation skills.

Qualification / Background

• B.E / B.Tech in Electrical or related discipline.
