Were looking for a sharp, proactive Procurement Executive who can fuel Uni Seouls product lineup with trendy, high-quality, and well-negotiated finds.

What Youll Handle

• Full-cycle procurement across multiple product categories
• Product sourcing through global and local platforms
• Vendor scouting, evaluation, onboarding & building long-term relationships
• Strong hold on importexport processes, licensing requirements, and compliance
• Understanding of import allowances, restricted items & banned categories
• Price negotiations and finalizing commercial terms like a pro
• Coordinating with internal teams to maintain timelines, cost sheets & quality standards
• Market and trend research to keep our product line fresh and relevant
• Managing a small procurement team and ensuring smooth execution
• Handling samples, quality checks, and final approvals

What You Bring

• 23 years of procurement/sourcing experience
• Strong understanding of global importexport guidelines
• Platform-savvy - you know how to search, compare, evaluate and score the best deals
• Next-level negotiation skills with a practical, business-first mindset
• Self-starter energy - you move fast, stay sharp, and handle chaos like its nothing
• Ability to adapt in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of product quality, pricing logic & vendor compliance
• Team handling experience is a plus
