Procurement & Sourcing Coordinator (UK/US Shift)

Were hiring a Procurement & Sourcing Coordinator to support our UK/US shift operations (3:00 PM 11:00 PM IST). This role sits at the centre of live order execution, combining sourcing, procurement, and real-time coordination across teams.

If youre comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment where accuracy, ownership, and responsiveness are critical this role plays a key part in ensuring orders are sourced, processed, and delivered seamlessly.

Actively manage sourcing and procurement execution while coordinating live order workflows

Source products from approved supplier channels, validating pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines

Monitor profitability and buying logic before orders progress further

Track live orders across sourcing, purchasing, and fulfilment stages in real time

Resolve sourcing, procurement, and delivery-related issues as they arise

Coordinate closely with fulfilment operations to ensure timely and accurate execution

Maintain procurement trackers and operational data with a high level of accuracy

Follow structured workflows and escalate issues early where required

Strong organisational and coordination ability

High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership

Ability to manage multiple live workflows in a fast-paced environment

Clear and effective communication skills

Basic to intermediate Excel / Google Sheets capability

Must be based in close proximity to Sector 54, Gurugram (on-site role)

Must be comfortable working 3:00 PM 11:00 PM (UK/US Shift)
