What would you do? Contract Drafting & Negotiation o Ability to interpret legal language into business-friendly terms. o Skilled in balancing risk allocation while achieving commercial objectives. o Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
What are we looking for? Core Requirements 1. Educational Background o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, supply chain management, finance, or a related field. o Advanced degrees (MBA, JD, LLM) or certifications (e.g., CPCM – Certified Professional Contracts Manager) are often valued. 2. Professional Experience o Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. o Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes. o Experience in working with procurement, legal, finance, and project teams. 3. Knowledge of Laws & Regulations o Understanding of relevant contract law, commercial law, and industry-specific regulations. o Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, FAR/DFARS for government contracts). 4. Technical Skills o Proficiency with CLM systems (e.g., Icertis, SAP Ariba, Coupa). o Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills for documentation and analysis.

Contract Drafting & Negotiation o Ability to interpret legal language into business-friendly terms. o Skilled in balancing risk allocation while achieving commercial objectives. o Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders. 2. Risk Management & Compliance o Identifying and mitigating contractual risks. o Ensuring contracts align with internal policies and external regulations. 3. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills o Reviewing complex terms and conditions. o Anticipating potential issues and proposing solutions. 4. Communication & Collaboration o Clear, concise communication with legal and non-legal professionals. o Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and foster productive relationships. 5. Attention to Detail o Reviewing and editing contracts with precision. o Ensuring accuracy in terms, financials, and obligations. 6. Project & Time Management o Handling multiple contracts under tight deadlines. o Prioritizing effectively in fast-paced environments. 7. Strategic & Commercial Awareness o Understanding business drivers behind contracts. o Aligning contract terms with organizational goals. •Pricing negotiation, RFP, RFx etc. Should know at least 2 or more category
