Summary: As a Procurement Practice Representative, you will deliver procurement and category management services including strategic sourcing, client stakeholder management, and supplier performance management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient procurement processes and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and oversee procurement and category management services. - Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies. - Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Monitor and evaluate supplier performance. - Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procurement Cloud. - Experience in strategic sourcing and category management. - Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years plus full education is required.
