What would you do? Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers.
What are we looking for? Any bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field "1) Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills. 2) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work across teams and with external vendors. 3) Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills 4) Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment." "1) Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools like Power BI. 2) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 3) Participate in continuous improvement of third-party risk management frameworks, assessment templates, and governance models."
Roles and Responsibilities: "Experience Required: 3 to 5 years 1) Solid understanding of vendor risk management, regulatory compliance, and due diligence practices. 2) Experience in conducting Third Party Risk Assessments (TPRA) during onboarding, renewal, and ongoing monitoring phases to identify and mitigate potential vendor risks. 3) Familiarity with financial health analysis tools (e.g., D&B, Moody’s, S&P ratings) and vendor risk intelligence platforms. 4) Experience with GRC tools (e.g., RSA Archer, ProcessUnity, OneTrust, MetricStream) for managing risk assessments and workflows. 5) Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Procurement, InfoSec, Compliance) to validate risk mitigation controls and recommend remediation plans. 6) Ability to evaluate inherent and residual risks across various domains including information security, data privacy, operational, legal, and compliance. 7) Ensure that risk classification and scoring models are consistently applied across vendors based on criticality, data sensitivity, and service scope. 8) Monitor regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, OCC, etc.) and ensure third parties meet applicable compliance obligations."BBA,Any Graduation,Bachelor’s degree with Finance specialization
