Procurement - Officer / Senior Officer / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities -

• Procurement of high-capacity mechanical assets (e.g., cranes, compressors, pumps, lifts, bucket elevators)
• Strategic sourcing and annual hiring of ~80 cranes (100800 MT capacity) for pan-India project execution
• Expertise in the procurement lifecycle: RFQ, technical evaluation, negotiation,
• PO placement, and delivery follow-up
• Budget alignment and contract structuring
• Compliance in high-value procurement (220 Cr+ portfolio)
• Vendor relationship management

Requirements -

• Deep understanding of heavy mechanical equipment specs
• Technological upgrades and market trends
• Familiarity with OEM landscape and rental market trends
• Vendor base across the mechanical capex domain
• Proficient in SAP, Vendex, and Excel tools
• Procurement tracking, reporting, and audit preparedness
• Awareness of legal clauses in capex contracting
• Safety norms and commercial implications

Qualifications - BE (Electrical or Mechanical engineering)

Experience - 3 to 6 years
