About the Role: Procurement Manager Strategic Sourcing (Full-Time, Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with strong expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and category strategy. The ideal candidate will have 810 years of procurement experience, proven analytical acumen, and a track record of driving cost optimization and supplier performance.

Location: Chennai / Bangalore (Hybrid)

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Develop and execute category sourcing strategies across direct and indirect spend.

Lead RFPs, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations to deliver measurable value.

Analyze spend data, market insights, and supplier metrics to identify savings and mitigate risks.

Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, performance, and continuous improvement.

Implement and optimize procurement processes using ERP/procurement toolsets.

Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to align sourcing outcomes with organizational goals.

Mentor junior team members and reinforce procurement best practices.

Good-to-Have

Proficiency in WSS, Oracle, and procurement technologies.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in supplier risk assessment and governance.

Proven record of cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
