Procurement Manager

Hi all,

We are hiring a Procurement Manager Techno Commercial to lead end-to-end procurement operations for faade engineering projects. The role involves team leadership, raw material sourcing, job-work outsourcing, techno-commercial evaluation, vendor management, ERP compliance, and cost control, with strong coordination across Design, Production, Project, and Stores teams.

Industry: Faade Engineering | Aluminium & Glass | Project-Based Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the procurement team; monitor KPIs and timelines
• Procure faade materials (aluminium, glass, ACP, steel, hardware, consumables, etc.)
• Manage job-work outsourcing (fabrication, machining, coating, welding, etc.)
• Perform techno-commercial evaluations and cost comparisons
• Develop and manage vendors; ensure quality, HSE, and compliance
• Maintain ERP entries and complete procurement documentation
• Drive cost optimization and monitor material price trends

Experience & Qualifications:

• 810+ years of procurement experience in faade engineering (mandatory)
• Strong experience in raw materials, job-work outsourcing, and team handling
• Engineering degree (Mechanical / Civil / Production preferred)
• MBA / Diploma in Supply Chain or Materials Management (added advantage)
