About FlexliFlexli Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing robotics and automation company focused on building advanced mobile robotic sortation systems and warehouse automation solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Procurement Manager to strengthen our supply chain and vendor ecosystem.- Manage complete procurement lifecycle from vendor identification to purchase order closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Source components, raw materials, mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts as per project requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and contracts with suppliers.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and finance teams for smooth material flow.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, and compliance.
- Identify alternate vendors and innovative sourcing options.
- Maintain procurement MIS, purchase records, and documentation.
- Work towards cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
- Handle urgent procurement requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement tools

Preferred Qualifications:B.Tech / BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering or related fields)
Additional certification in Supply Chain / Procurement Management will be an added advantage
- Minimum 25 years of experience in Procurement / Vendor Management
- Prior experience in manufacturing, robotics, automation, or engineering industry preferred
- Hands-on experience in dealing with multiple vendors and suppliers
- Experience in cost negotiation and contract finalization
- High ownership and accountability
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
- Strong ethical standards and integrity
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
