Job Description
Job Title: Procurement Manager Renewable Energy Project Development on Solar
Location: Chennai
Experience: 5+ years
Salary: Attractive Salary
Work Hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM (6 days a week)
Interview Mode: Online & In-person
Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement/purchasing, preferably in the solar Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the project management team to meet project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the solar energy industry is a plus.
