Key Responsibilities:

Experience in handling a team of at least 3 to 5 members , ensuring timely sourcing, vendor coordination, and cost control.
Source and procure interior design materials
Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier and vendor relationships.
Obtain competitive quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare purchase orders, maintain accurate procurement records, and ensure alignment with project budgets.
Closely coordinate with the Accounts team to process purchase orders, submit vendor invoices, and ensure timely payments.
Track order status, manage delivery timelines, and conduct quality checks upon receipt.
Maintain and update vendor database with performance reviews, pricing history, and compliance documentation.
Raise and follow up on vendor payments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all financial documentation is accurate.
Coordinate logistics and deliveries to project sites as per schedule.
Stay informed about new materials, market trends, and sustainable sourcing options.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design or a related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software/tools (e.g., ERP systems).
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
