Job Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, for our projects. The role requires hands-on experience in procurement processes, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including vendor identification, RFQs, negotiations, and purchase orders
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to ensure timely material availability
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and cost controls
• Track deliveries, resolve supply issues and manage documentation
• Support cost optimization and vendor performance evaluation

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE)

Experience & Skills Required

• 35 years of experience in procurement roles
• Experience in the solar industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
