Role Summary

We are looking for aProcurement Executivewith experience in interior fit-out procurement to support our project teams with material sourcing, vendor coordination, and cost optimization.

The ideal candidate should havegood knowledge of the Bangalore supplier marketand the ability to coordinate with vendors, QS teams, and project execution teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Development & Supplier Coordination

Identify and maintain reliable vendors and suppliers in Bangalore

Source materials for interior fit-out and civil works including:

Plywood, laminates, veneers

Hardware & fittings

Electrical and plumbing materials

False ceiling materials

Tiles, flooring and civil materials

Fabrication, glass and metal works

Modular furniture and carpentry materials

Support onboarding of new vendors and maintain vendor database

Procurement & Cost Optimization

Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and prepare comparison sheets

Support negotiation with suppliers to achieve competitive rates

Coordinate with QS team for BOQ alignment and material specifications

Assist in identifying alternate vendors and cost-efficient material options

Purchase Order & Material Tracking

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)

Track order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines

Coordinate with site teams to ensure materials reach site as per project schedule

Project Coordination

Work closely with:

Project Managers

Site Engineers

Quantity Surveyors

Accounts Department

Monitor material usage vs BOQ to avoid wastage or over-ordering

Documentation & ERP Management

Maintain procurement records and vendor database

Update procurement transactions in ERP / Zoho systems

Support GRN verification and documentation for accounts

Required Skills & Qualifications

35 years experience in interior fit-out procurement

Good understanding of Bangalore material supplier ecosystem

Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills

Ability to understand BOQs, material specifications, and drawings

Strong communication and coordination abilities

Basic knowledge of ERP / procurement software is an advantage

Preferred Background

Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience working with commercial interior projects

Experience coordinating with project execution teams

Compensation

CTC Range: 3,00,000 5,00,000 per annum (based on experience and capability) Performance-linked incentives based on procurement efficiency
