Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management;
- Identify, evaluate and on board new suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews.
Procurement Operations;
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approvals.
- Track and monitor procurement activities to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Documentation & Reporting;
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and supplier agreements.
- Generate procurement reports for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills;
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 24 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
- Analytical mind-set with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
