Supports the delivery of procurement projects for defined solutions. Works on tasks/matters of limited complexity.àGains experience of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes with guidance. Participates in meeting critical key measurement targets of the team.Collaborates with other team members in continuous improvement activities and initiatives focusing on delivering operational quality and efficiency.Job Description - Grade SpecificRole Overviewâ¢Develops understanding of procurement policies and processesâ¢Provides delivery support to agreed procurement related projects to meet their deliverableâ¢Initiates building relationships with stakeholdersâ¢Has basic knowledge of the Stakeholder community within the work perimeterâ¢Maintains a proactive working attitude towards the Stakeholders/Clientâ¢Understands the Procurement policy and processesâ¢Has basic knowledge about cross functional workâ¢Contributes to a positive and collaborative team cultureâ¢Monitors process adherence across work perimeter and escalates as needed â¢Identifies, reports and participates in process improvements implementationGeneral Responsibilities / Accountabilitiesâ¢Begins supporting the adoption of procurement solutions to ensure these are well-received by stakeholdersâ¢Responsible for supporting project delivery outcomes as per agreed scope and objectivesâ¢Handles basic procurement solution inquiries demonstrating professionalism, competence, and client-centricityâ¢Builds relationships with internal (within Procurement) and external Stakeholders to align them towards Procurement solutionâ¢Responsible for following processes according to procedures or work instructions provided by the supervisorâ¢Supports adherence to the existing processes in accordance to the assigned remit (e.g., Value Growth, Compliance and Control, Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion, Operational Excellence)â¢Helps the team to achieve common goalsâ¢Is supportive of knowledge and best practice sharingâ¢Demonstrates basic knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function â¢Acts to overall procurement policies and processesâ¢Continually strives to simplify, standardize and improve processes subject to approval of the senior professionalâ¢Continually seeks out ways to improve Stakeholders/ Client satisfaction
