Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Procurement Engineer located in Mumbai. The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, preparing purchase / Work orders, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services. The role involves managing requests for quotations (RFQs), conducting market research, and maintaining vendor relationships. The selected candidate will also collaborate with various departments to address procurement needs and support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Request for Quotation (RFQ ) procedures
• Proficiency in managing Purchase / Work Orders and procurement documentation processes
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating costs, trends, and supplier performance
• Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination and negotiation
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant procurement software and tools
