Procurement Associate (Immediate Joiner Only)

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 48 (Near Tesla Showroom)

Work Mode: In-Office

Experience Required: 6 months 1.5 Years

Travel: Business travel within the city (vendor visits & operations coordination)

Salary: 2.5LPA - 3.5LPA

This role of Procurement Associate involves Re-searching the product, finding new suppliers, identifying, negotiating with, and establishing relationships with suppliers, as well as monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

• Searching for Product availability.
• Sourcing new suppliers for the assigned Product
• Dealing and Negotiating with the suppliers
• Building good relationship with the suppliers
• Travelling and visiting suppliers if needed
• Taking care of Logistic operation involved so that the product reaches safely and within time from Suppliers to Warehouse
• Taking daily update of inventory stock quantity and Co-ordinating properly with the head team, warehouse team, people involved with logistics and the suppliers

• Graduation in Any field with Good Excel knowledge (B.com and Advanced Excel skills preferred)
• Polite and well-mannered communication skills
• Excellent and effective Re-search skills
