Procurement Analyst – MNC Client

About the Role: Procurement Analyst MNC Client (Full-Time, Hybrid)

We are seeking a detailoriented Procurement Analyst to support procurement operations, analytics, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience in supplier onboarding, contract management, and procurement data analysis.

Client: MNC (Full-Time Position via Crown Solutions)

Location: Chennai / Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience: 2 - 4 years

Work Mode: Hybrid (Shift: 11:00 A.M. 8:00 P.M., MonFri)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Handle procurement requests, requisition entry, and PO fulfillment.

Manage supplier onboarding and maintain accurate profiles in ERP/P2P systems.

Upload and track supplier contracts in internal repositories.

Collect, cleanse, and analyze procurement data for reporting and compliance.

Prepare weekly/ad hoc reports and support management decisionmaking.

Track supplier performance and assist with audits and due diligence.

Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams.

Good-to-Have

Experience with ERP/P2P procurement systems.

Exposure to supplier performance tracking and compliance processes.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
