Roles & Responsibilities -

This is a US shift job.

2+ years of Experience in Direct Procurement or Source to Pay process or Production planning
Good Knowledge in SAP & MS Office
Placing purchase orders in SAP according to the requirements of the production.
Receiving and handling the confirmations.
Open order follow-up, reschedules, and cancels material based on requisitions and MRP output.
Return order Management (Subcontract POs, Scrap)
Confers with vendors to obtain product information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
Record day to day operations and prepare reports for performance metrics review.
