Education / Qualifications:
- Full time regular education (10+2+3)
- Graduates and/or post graduates with 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
- College graduates with Finance/Accounting degree
- End to End Knowledge in Procure To Pay and Accounts Payable Process
- Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Responsibilities:
- Process local and foreign currency invoices through the accounts payable systems
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify improvement opportunities which will help improve both AP and T&E processes by supporting Lean and Six Sigma projects
- Communication with external vendors regarding invoice matters, supplier inquires
- Query handling and issue resolution
- Identify queries in the invoices and status update to Supervisor
- Assist in adhering to SLA compliance
- Generation of system-based reports.
- Ability to build capability for operations through training and coaching on the floor
- Implement initiatives to improve processes and efficiencies within area of expertise
- Prepare and regularly update process documents
- Solving queries of the team members
- Creation of a knowledge database that would assist in learning
- Quality Check of all activities
- Development and use of policies and procedures for various AP activities
Must Have Skills:
- Team Leading Experience
- Good Communication skill
- Client management Skill
- Must be comfortable with Night Shift
