YOUR ROLEWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Service Delivery Manager – P2P to lead end-to-end operations, ensuring process excellence and client satisfaction. This role involves driving performance, managing resources, mitigating risks, and delivering insights through data analysis. You’ll lead teams, champion continuous improvement, manage stakeholders, and align service delivery with business goals and contractual obligations. In this role you will play a key role in:Strategic Leadership & GovernanceExecute a global P2P strategy in their respecting regions in line with recommendation from GPO and Finance Manager.Establish governance frameworks with robust policies and controls to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations (e.g., SOX, tax laws).Service Delivery & Operational ExcellenceOversee end-to-end AP operations including invoice processing, vendor onboarding, exception handling, payments, and expense management.Stakeholder & Vendor EngagementAct as the primary liaison between finance, procurement, IT, and external vendors, managing escalations and ensuring issue resolution..Process Optimization & TransformationLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness across AP processes.
