Job Summary :

Role:  Team Member

Desired Exp: Range: 2 - 8 years

Location – Kolkata

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in T&E ( Travel and Expense )
  
  

Must Have Skillset:

Purchase Order Management, Invoice Processing and Verification, T&E Processing, Accounts Payable and Payment Processing, Reporting and Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

Travel and Expense:

• End to End knowledge of Travel and Expense process.
• Knowledge on T&E policies.
• Preferable knowledge on Concur tool
• Good Communication skills.
• Result orientation
• A good understanding of SAP
• Excel knowledge and Analytical thinking
• Having good communicating knowledge in English.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Generate and analyse reports related to procurement, payment status, and vendor performance.
• Support month-end closing activities by ensuring all P2P T&E transactions are accurately recorded.
• Provide timely and accurate data for management reviews.
• ERP System Optimization:
• Leverage ERP systems (SAP, Concur, Oracle, etc.) to automate and improve P2P processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ERP system related to the P2P process.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and data.
  
  
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in industries such as manufacturing, re tail, or technology that require a high volume of transactions.
