We are looking for a Process Trainer for one of our esteemed clients in Pune/Bangalore having experience into US Mortgage, Process Training, New hire Training, Mortgage Process.

Job Description:

The US Mortgage Process Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs related to the end-to-end US mortgage lifecycle. This role ensures that new hires and existing staff are fully equipped with the knowledge, skills, and compliance awareness required to perform mortgage operations effectively and in accordance with federal and investor guidelines.

Training Delivery

Conduct onboarding and process training for teams involved in mortgage Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing, and Servicing.

Deliver training through classroom sessions, virtual platforms, e-learning modules, and one-on-one coaching.

Facilitate refresher training to reinforce updates in guidelines, processes, or technology platforms.

Content Development

Create comprehensive training materials including SOPs, job aids, manuals, simulations, assessments, and presentation decks.

Align all training content with US mortgage guidelines such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, TRID, RESPA, TILA, and investor requirements.

Collaborate with SMEs, QA teams, and Operations Managers to ensure curriculum accuracy.
