About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Process Coach or RCM Trainer to join our dynamic team at Prochant . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and a passion for coaching, training, and developing teams .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training and coaching sessions for new hires and existing employees on RCM processes, tools, and best practices.
• Design, develop, and update training materials , process documents, and assessments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs, skill gaps, and coaching opportunities.
• Provide ongoing floor support for process clarifications and performance enhancement.
• Maintain accurate training and coaching records and performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (US Healthcare) .
• Strong knowledge in billing, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up .
• Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills .
• Ability to manage multiple batches and deliver impactful coaching/training sessions.
• Prior experience as a Process Coach or RCM Trainer is highly preferred.
