Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Specialist-S&M with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in EBS-Procurement Contracts and Project Procurement Management. Experience in Procure to Pay-Ac Payable Finance & Accounting is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of EBS-Procurement Contracts to ensure seamless procurement processes.
  • Oversee Project Procurement Management to optimize project-related procurement activities.
  • Provide support in the development and execution of procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of procurement processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage procurement documentation and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support the finance team in managing Procure to Pay-Ac Payable processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to procurement activities.
  • Provide training and support to team members on procurement processes and systems.
  • Ensure timely resolution of procurement-related issues and escalations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have experience in EBS-Procurement Contracts and Project Procurement Management.
  • Nice to have experience in Procure to Pay-Ac Payable and Finance & Accounting.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have proficiency in procurement software and tools.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification preferred.
